O'Hara: Managing
Partner & Co-Founder
James
is responsible for Extended Data Solutions product strategy, business
development and customer relationships.
James has pioneered several variable voice contact concepts and
has provided consultation to the many Fortune 500 organizations
and national political organizations. He is a sought-after speaker
on the topics of variable data voice communications, voter relationship
management and business intelligence.
Mr. O'Hara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science
from Northwestern University and began his career in consumer packaged
goods for Proctor & Gamble and the Clorox Company. In the early
90's, he co-founded 4SA, Inc., a national customer relationship
management firm which was later acquired by a leading Application
Service Provider.
Scott
R. Smith: Managing
Partner & Co-Founder
Scott
is responsible for Extended Data Solutions strategy, operations,
finance and marketing.
Prior to starting
Extended Data Solutions and designing the company’s products,
Scott was a founding member and co-CEO of 4SA, Inc., a CRM solutions
provider to Fortune 1000 corporations. Mr. Smith managed all operations,
finance and marketing efforts of 4SA and later served as the Midwest
Director of Operations for Surebridge.
Mr. Smith attended Miami University, graduating Cum Laude with a
Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and began his career with
Lexis/Nexis where he achieved several top sales awards.
Brian
Kipp: Managing Partner & Co-Founder
Brian is responsible
for Extended Data Solutions strategy and technology development
and infrastructure. He is the architect of the solution platforms
and oversees ongoing system improvement initiatives.
Brian
is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer and served as Director
of Software Development at 4SA where he successfully managed enterprise
software implementations for several Fortune 1000 corporations.
Mr. Kipp holds Bachelor and Master degrees in Economics from Western
Illinois University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and held
several technology positions with the Federal Reserve Bank.
