James
O'Hara: Managing
Partner & Co-Founder
James
is a former Republican candidate for State Representative in the
18th District in Illinois. He has led presentations on political
technology, targeting and communications at several state and national
conferences. James has pioneered voter relationship management concepts
in the Republican Party and has provided consultation to the Republican
National Committee.
James is a Director for the New Trier Republican Organization and
is a Board Member of the Lake Michigan Federation. In 1993, he co-founded
4SA, Inc., a national customer relationship management solutions
provider which was acquired by Surebridge in August, 2000.
Mr. O'Hara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science
from Northwestern University and began his career in consumer packaged
goods account management for Proctor & Gamble and the Clorox
Company. Today, James is responsible for Extended Data Solutions
strategy and customer relationships.
Scott
R. Smith: Managing
Partner & Co-Founder
Prior
to starting Extended Data Solutions and designing the Votilogy services,
Scott was a founding member and co-CEO of 4SA, Inc. Together with
James O’Hara, Scott built 4SA into a highly focused organization
delivering customer relationship management solutions to Fortune
1000 corporations. Mr. Smith managed all operations, finance and
marketing efforts of 4SA and later served as the Midwest Director
of Operations for Surebridge.
Mr.
Smith began his career with Lexis/Nexis where he achieved top sales
awards. He attended Miami University, graduating Cum Laude with
a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Scott is currently responsible
for Extended Data Solutions strategy, operations, finance and marketing.
Brian
Kipp: Managing Partner & Co-Founder
Brian
is the former Director of Software Development for 4SA, Inc. and
later at Surebridge. Brian is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer
and, while at 4SA, successfully managed enterprise software development
and implementation projects for several Fortune 1000 Corporations,
including ADP, Tenneco Automotive, Mitsubishi, Pioneer Hi-Bred,
SBC, Novartis, and others. Prior to 4SA, Brian worked for the Federal
Reserve as a Senior Database Engineer.
Brian
is responsible for Extended Data Solutions' technology strategy
and development. He is the chief architect of all solution platforms
and oversees ongoing system improvement initiatives. Mr. Kipp holds
Bachelor and Master degrees in Economics from Western Illinois University
where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
